El objetivo es estudiar porqu\u00e9 un enfoque integrador de la estrategia puede ser m\u00e1s eficiente en la gesti\u00f3n del trabajo y c\u00f3mo, y a trav\u00e9s de qu\u00e9 variables, el proceso integrador de formaci\u00f3n de la estrategia genera resultados organizativos superiores. Seguimos una metodolog\u00eda cualitativa con estudio de casos m\u00faltiple. Los resultados indican que la adopci\u00f3n del proceso integrador proporciona mayor adaptaci\u00f3n y ajuste de la empresa a las exigencias y el dinamismo del entorno; asimismo el adecuado ajuste entre las variables de dise\u00f1o (centralizaci\u00f3n, formalizaci\u00f3n y pol\u00edticas de rh) y las variables de estrategia (racionalidad, visi\u00f3n e implicaci\u00f3n) en la gesti\u00f3n del
