Una vez se contrast\u00e9 como se presta el referido servicio, se estudi\u00f3 mediante el m\u00e9todo de la encuesta en los puertos de inter\u00e9s general espa\u00f1oles, encontr\u00e1ndonos diferencias sustanciales en cuanto a la prestaci\u00f3n del mismo, bien por que lo realizan entidades diferentes como son: las corporaciones de pr\u00e1cticos en unos, en otros personal de sasemar, en otros las autoridades portuarias, adem\u00e1s de tener metodolog\u00edas diferentes dichos organismos. luego pasamos a estudiar el mencionado servicio en el puerto de c\u00e1diz, para lo cual analizamos distintos siniestros acaecidos en el puerto gaditano desde 1993, para comprobar si la ausencia o incorrecta prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de control de tr\u00e1fico mar\u00edtimo motiv\u00f3
