Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El aumento de matriz extracelular constituye un aspecto clave en la progresion de las enfermedades renales. En este trabajo se ha abordado una nueva hipotesis de da\u00f1o renal, como es la interaccion de complejos inmunes, formados y\/o depositados en el glomerulo con las celulas residentes glomerulares. En este estudio se demuestra que el estimulo de los receptores para inmunoglobulinas (fc alfa y fc gamma) es suficiente para la induccion de proteinas de matriz como fibronectina y colagenos.
