Desde su fundamentacion como \u00abcentauro ontologico\u00bb -dualidad de \u00abhecho\u00bb y \u00absuceso\u00bb el lain pistico elabora los elementos de una antropolog\u00eda general, que incluye desde una perspectiva transhistorica, la relacion de coexistencia entre los seres personales, asi como del lenguaje comunicativo y psicoterapeutico. Tales elementos ontologicos de su antropolog\u00eda general son los primeros pasos para la elaboracion de una antropolog\u00eda medica metafisico-cientifica de tipo personalista, en la que se analiza la relacion entre medico y enfermo y el papel de la enfermedad como accidente existencial y creacion personal.
