{"id":62952,"date":"2018-03-09T22:50:51","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:50:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-de-la-apoptosis-inducida-por-el-sistema-2-5a-rnasa-l\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:50:51","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:50:51","slug":"caracterizacion-de-la-apoptosis-inducida-por-el-sistema-2-5a-rnasa-l","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/caracterizacion-de-la-apoptosis-inducida-por-el-sistema-2-5a-rnasa-l\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizaci\u00f3n de la apoptosis inducida por el sistema 2-5a\/rnasa l"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> M\u00aa Elena Domingo Gil <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El glp-1 es una hormona incretina, es decir, se secreta  tras la ingesta de alimento y estimula la secreci\u00f3n de insulina por el p\u00e1ncreas, a trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo dependiente de glucosa, lo que reduce el riesgo de hipoglucemia.%&#038;\/La exendina (1-39)amida (ex-4) es un p\u00e9ptido de origen natural, que tiene una alta homolog\u00eda de secuencia con el glp-1 y que es agonista de su receptor en muchos sistemas celulares y de algunos de sus efectos sobre el metabolismo de la glucosa y de los l\u00edpidos; adem\u00e1s, es insulinotr\u00f3pico y tiene un fuerte car\u00e1cter antidiab\u00e9tico, incluso m\u00e1s potente y prolongado que el glp-1 por no ser sensible a degradaci\u00f3n proteol\u00edtica. En este trabajo se ha estudiado el efecto de la ex-4 sobre el metabolismo de la glucosa en el h\u00edgado y m\u00fasculo de la rata normal y de un modelo de diabetes tipo 2. De los resultados obtenidos concluimos que el demostrado efecto antidiab\u00e9tico de la ex-4 podr\u00eda estar basado en su acci\u00f3n normalizadora sobre el transporte de glucosa en el m\u00fasculo esquel\u00e9tico, y sobre la expresi\u00f3n del glucotransportador y del ac\u00famulo de gluc\u00f3geno, inicialmente disminuidos, en el h\u00edgado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
