Las nano-emulsiones son un tipo de emulsiones con tama\u00f1o de gota en el rango nanom\u00e9trico y baja polidispersidad, que les confiere una alta estabilidad cin\u00e9tica y apariencia transparente o transl\u00facida. Debido a estas caracter\u00edsticas, las nano-emulsiones han venido incrementando su inter\u00e9s te\u00f3rico, as\u00ed como sus aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas e diversas \u00e1reas de la industria textil, farmac\u00e9utica, cosm\u00e9tica y qu\u00edmica. Las nano-emulsiones son de inter\u00e9s como medios de solubilizaci\u00f3n en aplicaciones farmac\u00e9uticas, cosm\u00e9ticas y textiles, y como medios de reacci\u00f3n en la industria qu\u00edmica. As\u00edmismo, tambi\u00e9n tienen aplicaci\u00f3n en otros sectores relacionados, tales como fitosanitarios, alimentaci\u00f3n, lubricantes, detergencia, curtici\u00f3n, etc. se ha trabajado con tres sistemas distintos, utilizando como tensioactivos i\u00f3nicos sds (agua \/ sds-alcohol \/ dodecano), oleato de potasio (agua \/ \u00e1cido ol\u00e9ico-oleato de potasio-plyxyethylene(10)lauryl \u00e9ther \/ hexadecano) y cloruro de oleilamina (agua \/ oleilamina-cloruro de oleilamina-polyoxyethylene(10)lauryl \u00e9ther \/ hexadecano). Se ha determinado las fases en equi\u00f1ibrio de estos sistemas a 25\u00c2\u00bac y se ha procedido a la formaci\u00f3nde nano-emulsiones mediante el m\u00e9todo de baja energ\u00eda pic (phase inversion composicion), en el que se ha mantenido la temperatura constante a 25\u00c2\u00bac y se ha variado la composici\u00f3n. Se ha visto que para obtener nano-emulsiones de peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o de gota es necesaria la solubilizaci\u00f3n de todos los componentes en una fase de microemulsi\u00f3n aceite en agua (para el sistema utilizando sds), o en una fase de cristal l\u00edquido c\u00fabico micelar de fase externa acuosa (para los sistemas utilizando oleato de potasio y cloruro de oleilamina). Una vez se ha conseguido la solubilizaci\u00f3n de todos los componentes en esta fase de microemulsi\u00f3n aceite en agua o en esta fase de cristal l\u00edquido c\u00fabico, las nano-emulsiones se obtienen por un  proceso de diluci\u00f3n de estas fases al a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s fase acuosa hasta llegar a la composici\u00f3n final.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
