Al no existir diagn\u00f3stico ni origen de la enfermedad se intenta distintas aproximaciones para paliar sus s\u00edntomas: aproximaci\u00f3n colin\u00e9rgica (con inhibidores de ache y buche), hip\u00f3tesis amilodoig\u00e9nica, hiperfosforilaci\u00f3n de tau (con inhibidores de gsk-3) y antioxidantes para evitar el estr\u00e9s oxidativo. esta tesis doctoral consta de tres cap\u00edtulos: -nuevas halotienilaquilcetonas -s\u00edntesis de haloalquieltinelicetonas mediante la reacci\u00f3n de stille y la formaci\u00f3n de tiofenos tetrasustu\u00eddos empleando la condensaci\u00f3n de dickman para la obtenci\u00f3n de hmk. -mol\u00e9culas multifuncionales con propiedades colin\u00e9rgicas inhibidores de gsk-3 y antioxidantes. s\u00edntesis de h\u00edbridos tiofeno-antioxidante s\u00edntesis de h\u00edbridos tiofeno-melatonina s\u00edntesis de h\u00edbridos tacrina-tiofeno o benzotiofeno -derivados del \u00e1cido glut\u00e1mico con propiedades colin\u00e9rgicas y neuroprotectoras. conclusiones: en el primer cap\u00edtulo se han conseguido nuevas metodolog\u00edas para la obtenci\u00f3n de hmk, nuevos inhibidores de gsk-3 y nueva familia de tiofeno tetrasustitu\u00eddos con propiedades neuroprotectoras. en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se han sintetizado distintos h\u00edbridos donde se han conseguido en algunos casos propiedades antioxidantes, en otros colin\u00e9rgicas y capaces de atravesar bhe. en el \u00faltimo cap\u00edtulo se ha sintetizado una nueva familia de derivados de glut\u00e1mico con propiedades colin\u00e9rgicas
