Para ello se han utilizado t\u00e9cnicas fotolltograflcas, dep\u00f3sito por giro y evaporaci\u00f3n de metales. Los dispositivos fabricados se han caracterizado el\u00e9ctrica y \u00f3pticamente. Se han estudidado los mecanismos que influyen en la conducci\u00f3n y se han identificado las causas responsables de los mecanismos de degradaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se ha propuesto un modelo de conducci\u00f3n para dispositivos con un s\u00f3lo tipo de portador que incluye tanto mecanismos de inyecci\u00f3n y mecanismos de transporte. El modelo se ha validado utilizando curvas experimentales de diodos con diferentes espesores, obteni\u00e9ndose par\u00e1metros del material y la estructura. Con objeto de estudiar el transporte en materiales org\u00e1nicos se ha desarrollado un modelo de espetroscopia de admitancias y se ha validado utilizando curvas experimentales. Finalmente, se ha desarrollado una t\u00e9cnica para el dise\u00f1o de las pistas del c\u00e1todo basado en ablaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica. Se ha utilizado exitosamente la t\u00e9cnica de ablaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica para desarrollar un prototipo de display de 7&#215;5 pixles basado en material
