Esta implementaci\u00f3n se ha llevado a cabo en el contexto del proyecto europeo egee, dentro del que se encuentra la universit\u00ed\u00a0 di perugia. La otra vertiente est\u00e1 relacionada con la propia simulaci\u00f3n molecular y en la tesis se lleva a cabo un estudio minucioso de diferentes aproximaciones a la din\u00e1mica molecular y en concreto se aplica a la investigaci\u00f3n del transporte i\u00f3nico a trav\u00e9s de poros moleculares (microporos). Este estudio es muy importante porque la impermeabilidad i\u00f3nica de los microporos determina muchas de las propiedades de las membranas celulares. Este estudio se ha llevado a cabo considerando el flujo de iones solvatados a trav\u00e9s de nanotubos. Con la ayuda de dummy se ha simulado la bicapa lip\u00eddica alrededor del microporo que evita la mobilidad i\u00f3nica fuera del nanotubo. Adem\u00e1s, avanzando hacia sistemas m\u00e1s complejos, se ha llevado a cabo la equilibraci\u00f3n de la gramicidina a embebida en una membrana lip\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
