Los contrastes de las imagenes resultantes de fotocorriente, fotovoltaje y electrorreflectancia de electrolito, se interpretan en base a las ecuaciones matematicas basicas que describen dichos fotoefectos, y reflejan cambios en las propiedades del semiconductor y de su interfase con el electrolito. Mediante los resultados obtenidos, se pone de manifiesto la dependencia con la morfolog\u00eda superficial del fotoelectrodo, de la cinetica de la reaccion de fotooxidacion del ioduro sobre calcogenuros laminares semiconductores (n-wse2 y n-mose2). Tambien se muestra que la presencia de fronteras de antifases en la red cristalina del gaas, crecido epitaxialmente sobre si, produce una disminucion de la velocidad de fotogeneracion de portadores de
