Adicionalmente, se realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis de los perfiles de expresi\u00f3n de un grupo de tumores de mama encontrando buena correlaci\u00f3n con los datos cl\u00ednico-histopatol\u00f3gicos y mostrando como fenotipos espec\u00edficos correlacionan con mal pron\u00f3stico. Los genes m\u00e1s significativos capaces de discriminar entre los fenotipos de tumor fueron determinados, y probados sobre un nuevo grupo de muestras, asign\u00e1ndolas a los subtipos predichos. El an\u00e1lisis de las v\u00edas de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de los genes m\u00e1s significativos de cada fenotipo fue realizado para elucidar las v\u00edas moleculares m\u00e1s representativas
