{"id":63354,"date":"2008-07-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-07-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/synthesis-characterisation-and-functionalisation-of-magnetic-nanoparticles-for-biomedical-applications\/"},"modified":"2008-07-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2008-07-03T00:00:00","slug":"synthesis-characterisation-and-functionalisation-of-magnetic-nanoparticles-for-biomedical-applications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/magnetismo\/synthesis-characterisation-and-functionalisation-of-magnetic-nanoparticles-for-biomedical-applications\/","title":{"rendered":"Synthesis, characterisation and functionalisation of magnetic nanoparticles for biomedical applications"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rodrigo Fern\u00e1ndez-pacheco Chic\u00f3n <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El presente trabajo trata de la s\u00edntesis, caracterizaci\u00f3n y funcionalizaci\u00f3n de nanopart\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas para aplicaciones biorn\u00e9dicas.Con este objetivo, se han sintetizado cuatro tipos de part\u00edculas: hierro recubierto de carbono y hierro recubierto de s\u00edlice, mediante el ..Arco de plasma; magnetita embebida en zeolita y mediante molienda mec\u00e1nica; y magnetita encapsulada en s\u00edlice mediante unacombinaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos de co-precipitaci\u00f3n y lat\u00e9cnica de sol-gel.Los cuatro tipos de part\u00edcula han sido caracterizados morfol\u00f3gicamente, mediante t\u00e9cnicas de microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica,magn\u00e9ticamente en el magnet\u00f3metro squid, y qu\u00edmicamente, por t\u00e9cnicas de espectroscopia ir y vis-uv,y por adsorci\u00f3n de n2 :; mediante el m\u00e9todo bet..Todas las part\u00edculas presentan altas \u00e1reas superficiales y elevada imanaci\u00f3n de saturaci\u00f3n. Se obtuvieron ,suspensiones acuosas estables de todos los materiales obtenidos.La biocompatibilidad de las nanopart\u00edculas obtenidas ha sido analizada in-vitro, mediante estudios de coagulaci\u00f3n, agregaci\u00f3nplaquetaria, variaciones en la viscosidad sangu\u00ednea y plasm\u00e1tica y un estudio reol\u00f3gico completo, tanto en sangre humana como deconejo. En ambos casos los datos obtenidos se encontraron siempre dentro de los l\u00edmites tolerables.Tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado la capacidad de las part\u00edculas de incorporarse a organismos celulares, en este caso c\u00e9lulas dendriticas(dcs). Una vez incorporadas, las dcs se dirigen de manera selectiva hacia la zona de proliferaci\u00f3n tumoral, incorpor\u00e1ndose altejido epitelial de un tumor, sirviendo de ese modo de \u00abcaballo de troya\u00bb para una quimioterapia selectiva menos invasiva.
