Estos fenomenos forman parte de los procesos que conducen a la aparicion de tolerancia y dependencia. En este trabajo se ha abordado el fenomeno de la tolerancia-dependencia a opioides en roedores estudiando las adaptaciones i) del sistema opioide endogeno, especialmente en el contenido del derivado n-acetilado de la beta-endorfina (1-31), frente a los tratamientos cronicos con opioides y: ii) del sistema de transduccion asociado a los receptores opioides mu y delta en el snc. Para su realizacion se han empleado dos tecnicas, el radioinmunoensayo para determinar niveles de peptidos opioides endogenos, y la determinacion de la actividad gtpasica de alta afinidad asociada a las subunidades alfa de las proteinas g, tecnica radioenzimatica que permite estudiar la comunicacion entre los receptores y el sistema de transduccion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
