Se han estudiado exhaustivamente un amplio numero de variables quimicas y fia para optimizar los metodos propuestos. De los resultados obtenidos cabe destacar los metodos automaticos para la determinacion de cocaina cuyas caracteristicas analiticas son ademas las mas favorables de todas las metodolog\u00edas desarrolladas para las restantes drogas.
