{"id":63494,"date":"2018-03-09T22:51:25","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:51:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/nuevos-indazoles-como-inhibidores-selectivos-de-la-sintasa-del-oxido-nitrico-nos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:51:25","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:51:25","slug":"nuevos-indazoles-como-inhibidores-selectivos-de-la-sintasa-del-oxido-nitrico-nos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/compuestos-heterociclicos\/nuevos-indazoles-como-inhibidores-selectivos-de-la-sintasa-del-oxido-nitrico-nos\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevos indazoles como inhibidores selectivos de la sintasa del oxido nitrico (nos)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carlos Perez Medina <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis doctoral titulada \u00abnuevos indazoles como inhibidores selectivos de la sintasa del oxido nitrico (nos)\u00bb, ha sido realizada en los laboratorios del departamento de qu\u00edmica org\u00e1nica y bio-org\u00e1nica de la facultad de ciencias de la uned por don carlos p\u00e9rez medina gracias a una beca predoctoral del programa nacional de formaci\u00f3n de profesorado universitario del mec (desde enero 2004 hasta enero 2008). el tema de trabajo ha permitido al doctorando profundizar en el conocimiento de las propiedades inhibidoras sobre la sintasa del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico, para ello se han elaborado la s\u00edntesis de varias familias de indazoles, se ha llevado a cabo la caracterizaci\u00f3n estructural mediante resonancia magn\u00e9tica multinuclear en disoluci\u00f3n y en estado s\u00f3lido, se han resuelto algunas estructuras cristalinas mediante difracci\u00f3n de rayos x y se han utilizado c\u00e1lculos computacionales para racionalizar un gran n\u00famero de datos experimentales. La estancia realizada por el doctorando en los laboratorios del profesor dar\u00edo acu\u00f1a catro-viejo, en la facultad de medicina de la universidad de granada, ha completado de un modo muy satisfactorio su formaci\u00f3n. Al mismo tiempo la colaboraci\u00f3n existente entre el grupo de la uned y la universidad de texas ha permitido ampliar la evaluaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de estructuras seleccionadas. la memoria resumen del trabajo ha sido elaborada en ocho cap\u00edtulos: introducci\u00f3n, objetivos, s\u00ednteis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de indazoles, determinaci\u00f3n de la actividad nos y complejos centro activo-inhibidor.
