Por este motivo, es fundamental desarrollar sistemas de control no contaminantes basados en tratamientos f\u00edsicos, que solos o en combinaci\u00f3n, puedan servir de alternativa a los tratamientos qu\u00edmicos convencionales e incidir positivamente en la calidad del fruto. Para poder profundizar decisivamente en esta estrategia es preciso la incorporaci\u00f3n de estudios bioqu\u00edmicos y moleculares al an\u00e1lisis sobre el efecto de las tecnolog\u00edas f\u00edsicas en la mejora de la calidad. As\u00ed, el objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar las bases fisiol\u00f3gicas y moleculares implicadas en los mecanismos de respuesta de la uva de mesa cv. Cardinal al pretratamiento con altas concentraciones de co2 (20%) durante su conservaci\u00f3n a 0\u00c2\u00bac.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
