{"id":63548,"date":"2018-03-09T22:51:29","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:51:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/transferencia-y-almacenamiento-de-carga-en-monocapas-autoensambladas-de-tioles\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:51:29","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:51:29","slug":"transferencia-y-almacenamiento-de-carga-en-monocapas-autoensambladas-de-tioles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/electroquimica\/transferencia-y-almacenamiento-de-carga-en-monocapas-autoensambladas-de-tioles\/","title":{"rendered":"Transferencia y almacenamiento de carga en monocapas autoensambladas de tioles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Pablo Ramirez Del Amo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo general de esta tesis es profundizar en el estudio de procesos electroqu\u00edmicos que tienen lugar en sistemas formados por monocapas auto ensambladas de tioles depositadas sobre electrodos met\u00e1licos.  en la presente tesis se desarrollaron dos protocolos de formaci\u00f3n de monocapas a auto ensambladas: la formaci\u00f3n in situ bajo control potenciost\u00e1tico y la deposici\u00f3n de tioles desde la fase vapor en condiciones ambientales, que han demostrado que ofrecen ventajas sobre el procedimiento convencional de deposici\u00f3n a partir de una disoluci\u00f3n etan\u00f3lica del tiol.  del estudio de los procesos de transferencia de carga se han obtenido evidencias experimentales que demuestran que la transferencia electr\u00f3nica de larga distancia y la permeaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica se pueden desacoplar, ya que act\u00faan en escalas de tiempo muy diferentes. Asimismo, se observ\u00f3 que la velocidad de transferencia electr\u00f3nica a trav\u00e9s de las monocapas auto ensambladas de tioles depende de la longitud de la cadena carbonada, de la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica del tiol y de su estado de ionizaci\u00f3n, mientras que la permeaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica es un proceso controlado cin\u00e9ticamente y que conlleva la desorci\u00f3n parcial o total de la monocapa.  finalmente, se ide\u00f3 un nuevo protocolo experimental para determinar las caracter\u00edsticas y el potencial de carga cero de electrodos de au(111) modificados con monocapas de tioles. Esta nueva t\u00e9cnica presenta las ventajas de emplear \u00fanicamente instrumentaci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmica b\u00e1sica, ofrecer resultados m\u00e1s precios que las t\u00e9cnicas disponibles anteriormente y permitir el estudio tanto de superficies hidrof\u00f3bicas como hidrof\u00edlicas. Esta t\u00e9cnica ha permitido analizar la dependencia del potencial de carga cero respecto a la longitud de la cadena carbonada del tiol, la presencia de hetero\u00e1tomos en la monocapa y su grado
