Con base en la revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica, se desarroll\u00f3 un dibujo  metodol\u00f3gico de que derivaron las relaciones hipotetizadas entre los valores hacia el trabajo de orden superior del evat30, el burnout (mbi), los datos personales, los datos profesionales y un conjunto de doce stressores. La muestra de esta averiguaci\u00f3n integra 1100 profesionales de enfermer\u00eda a ejercer funciones en unidades de atenciones de salud primarios y diferenciados del sector p\u00fablico o privado de las regiones norte y centro de portugal, teniendo los datos sido recogidos a trav\u00e9s de un cuestionario de administraci\u00f3n directa. Los resultados logrados indican que el cansancio emocional se relaciona con una menor apertura al cambio y una mayor orientaci\u00f3n para el auto engrandecimiento y a conservaci\u00f3n, a realizaci\u00f3n personal est\u00e1 asociada positivamente con el auto trascender y a apertura al cambio y negativamente con el auto engrandecimiento, y a despersonalizaci\u00f3n se relaciona de un modo positivo con el auto engrandecimiento y a conservaci\u00f3n,  y negativo con el auto trascender y a apertura al cambio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
