Tanto la ruptura de uniones intercalares como la desorganizaci\u00f3n de complejos de adhesi\u00f3n focal son necesarios para el desprendimiento celular tras h\/r.  3.\tLa activaci\u00f3n de rac1 en hipoxia y erk1\/2 en reoxigenaci\u00f3n, y la producci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s oxidativo, son algunos de los mediadores del desprendimiento de c\u00e9lulas nrk-52e en respuesta a la h\/r.  4.\tLas ratas brown norway no son resistentes a la isquemia renal, en contradicci\u00f3n con lo descrito por trabajos anteriores. Sin embargo, muestran una mejor recuperaci\u00f3n que ratas sprague dawley tras el da\u00f1o isqu\u00e9mico.  5.\tLa falta de ox\u00edgeno afecta a la expresi\u00f3n de mirnas en c\u00e9lulas nrk-52e, induciendo la expresi\u00f3n de mir-101\u00aa, mir-127 o mir-376b, entre otros.
