Estos modos est\u00e1n asociados a la formaci\u00f3n preferente de enlaces ai-n por encima de su abundancia estad\u00edstica. Adem\u00e1s, se han realizado medidas de espectroscop\u00eda raman resonante en multipozos cu\u00e1nticos de ingan, tanto relajados como pseudom\u00f3rficos. La concentraci\u00f3n media de in y su rango fluctuaci\u00f3n en pozos relajados han sido determinados independientemente a partir de la energ\u00eda del m\u00e1ximo del perfil de resonancia raman del fon\u00f3n a1(lo), obteni\u00e9ndose buen acuerdo con los datos de variaci\u00f3n de la frecuencia del fon\u00f3n con la energ\u00eda de excitaci\u00f3n. En continuaci\u00f3n, mediante espectroscop\u00eda micro-raman se han caracterizado nanocolumnas de inn y gan de diferentes tama\u00f1os. La comparaci\u00f3n de espectros raman de muestras de inn nanocolumnares y compactas han permitido detectar la presencia de una capa de acumulaci\u00f3n de electrones en las superficies laterales (no polares) de las nanocolumnas. Esta capa de acumulaci\u00f3n, que hasta ahora se ha observado solamente en las superficies polares del inn, se atribuye a la formaci\u00f3n de una capa superficial rica en in en las superficies
