Su objetivo ha sido describir y analizar c\u00f3mo se desarrolla un proceso resilente en el \u00e1mbito laboral docente. Concretamente, se describe el proceso de cambio experimentado por un instituto de educaci\u00f3n secundaria enfrentado a un contexto de dificultad y de qu\u00e9 manera ha sido capaz de renacer y salir fortalecido. Hemos analizado c\u00f3mo se activa el proceso resiliente, la naturaleza de los factores implicados, la relaci\u00f3n que se establece entre \u00e9stos y c\u00f3mo interact\u00faan para lograr una adaptaci\u00f3n positiva. Hemos optado por una metodolog\u00eda cualitativa mediante un m\u00e9todo de  estudio de casos de orientaci\u00f3n etnogr\u00e1fica. el trabajo aporta un modelo de an\u00e1lisis del proceso resiliente que ha resultado \u00fatil para precisar el concepto de resiliencia en el \u00e1mbito laboral, as\u00ed como para integrar la informaci\u00f3n recogida en el trabajo de campo. En las conclusiones se discute el papel de la dimensi\u00f3n no\u00e9tica o espiritual, la b\u00fasqueda del sentido y la vinculaci\u00f3n positiva en la activaci\u00f3n del proceso resiliente. Igualmente se enfatiza la importancia del liderazgo y la interacci\u00f3n existente entre la resiliencia personal y la organizativa. Tambi\u00e9n se apuntan posibles estrategias para potenciar, facilitar o estimular el proceso resiliente en una situaci\u00f3n laboral. Finalmente, se examinan las repercusiones de la activaci\u00f3n de un proceso resiliente en la promoci\u00f3n de la salud laboral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
