Cristina <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tras un estudio bibliografico de los colorantes alimentarios hidrosolubles, autorizados en la u.E., Se realiza una seleccion cromatica en base a los colores primarios, centrando la investigacion en torno a los colorantes alimentarios: (e-102) tartracina, (e-122) azorrubina, (e-127) eritrosina, (e-131) azul patentado v, y (e-132) indigotina.
