{"id":63719,"date":"2008-01-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-01-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/dynamic-behavior-of-a-continuous-loopreactor-in-the-emulsion-polymerization-of-acrylic-monomers\/"},"modified":"2008-01-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2008-01-04T00:00:00","slug":"dynamic-behavior-of-a-continuous-loopreactor-in-the-emulsion-polymerization-of-acrylic-monomers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica-industrial\/dynamic-behavior-of-a-continuous-loopreactor-in-the-emulsion-polymerization-of-acrylic-monomers\/","title":{"rendered":"Dynamic behavior of a continuous loopreactor in the emulsion polymerization of acrylic monomers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Iker Gonzalez Cobeaga <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente tesis estudia la posibilidad de utilizar un reactor loop continuo en la polimerizaci\u00f3n en emulsi\u00f3n de mon\u00f3meros acr\u00edlicos.  tras proceder a una revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica de los temas tratados en el trabajo (emulsi\u00f3n, miniemulsi\u00f3n, tipos de reactores) y de describir los equipamientos experimentales utilizados a lo largo del mismo, se estudi\u00f3 la viabilidad de dos formulaciones, decant\u00e1ndose finalmente por una formulaci\u00f3n pensada para la obtenci\u00f3n de adhesivos sensibles a la presi\u00f3n.  a lo largo del trabajo experimental realizado se estudi\u00f3 el efecto que diversas variables de trabajo (temperatura, tiempo de residencia, formulaci\u00f3n) ten\u00edan tanto en el desarrollo de la propia reacci\u00f3n como en las cualidades morfol\u00f3gicas del productor obtenido. Por otro lado, se estudi\u00f3 la posibilidad de utilizar otras t\u00e9cnicas de polimeraci\u00f3n con la miniemulsi\u00f3n con la que se obtuvieron resultados claramente distintos a los obtenidos con la emulsi\u00f3n convencional.  por otro lado se desarroll\u00f3 un modelo matem\u00e1tico capaz de simular tanto la cin\u00e9tica de las reacciones como las propiedades morfol\u00f3gicas del producto (peso molecular y concentraci\u00f3n en gel). Dicho modelo sirvi\u00f3 as\u00ed mismo para poder explicar ciertos resultados experimentales.  la tesis tambi\u00e9n recoge un estudio para la obtenci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas de pol\u00edmero que
