Tambi\u00e9n se eval\u00faa el efecto del ph \u00e1cido sobre las ldl y su oxidaci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n a su posible papel aterog\u00e9nico.  tras el an\u00e1lisis de los resultados se llega a las siguientes conclusiones: &#8211;\tel proceso de oxidaci\u00f3n de las ldl que se asocia a efectos aterog\u00e9nicos, es progresivo y acumulativo, lo que se observa por variaci\u00f3n en la banda amida i por espectroscopia de infrarrojo. &#8211;\tlas diferentes subpoblaciones de ldls aisladas por diferencia en su densidad, presentan variaciones en su espectro infrarrojo, asociadas con cambios conformacionales que pueden estar relacionados con efectos aterog\u00e9nicos. &#8211;\tla acidificaci\u00f3n del medio de las ldls produce cambios conformacionales que producen variaciones en el espectro de infrarrojo. Este cambio es reversible en las condiciones en las que se ha producido la medida. El efecto de la oxidaci\u00f3n se ve asimismo afectado.  por otra parte, se realiz\u00f3 un estudio del papel del calcio en el plegamiento del m\u00f3dulo r5 del receptor de las ldl, que concluye que la presencia de calcio provoca cambios conformacionales similares a los del magnesio, que suponen un orden estructural mayor en el p\u00e9ptido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
