La estrategia consta de varias etapas: 1) propuesta de unas especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas que abarcan todos los componentes del sistema, desde la fuente hasta el punto de suministro. 2) propuesta de un procedimiento de control de calidad, basado en el ensayo de las especificaciones anteriores y divididos en 3 fases: &#8211; realizaci\u00f3n de unos ensayos previos a las instalaciones en laboratorios pertinentes. El dise\u00f1o y alcance de los ensayos est\u00e1 iluminado por la idea de la sencillez en equipos e instalaciones. &#8211; revisi\u00f3n temprana de los mismos una vez instalados en el terreno &#8211; revisi\u00f3n de los sistemas despu\u00e9s de un per\u00edodo de tiempo de funcionamiento suficientemente largo. 3) establecimiento de una estructura de mantenimiento local para garantizar una larga vida de los sistemas. esta estrategia ha sido implementada en la pr\u00e1ctica en un extenso programa de bombeo fotovolt\u00e1ico ejecutado en marruecos, argelia y t\u00fanez. Ha consistido en la instalaci\u00f3n de hasta de 257 kwp en sistemas de bombeo, que han suministrado agua potable a m\u00e1s de 50.000 personas. esta tesis recoge las ense\u00f1anzas aportadas por
