As\u00ed, en este trabajo se han desarrollado nuevos bioprocesos basados en el uso de l\u00edquidos i\u00f3nicos, di\u00f3xido de carbono supercr\u00edtico y tecnolog\u00eda de membranas con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos y minimizar la generaci\u00f3n de residuos.  Los l\u00edquidos i\u00f3nicos miscibles con agua han mostrado ser excelentes medios para la s\u00edntesis de \u00e9steres mediante reacciones de transesterificaci\u00f3n catalizadas por lipasas, en condiciones de bajo contenido en agua, en relaci\u00f3n a disolventes org\u00e1nicos convencionales como n-hexano. Adem\u00e1s, para conseguir el mantenimiento de la actividad catal\u00edtica ante el efecto desnaturalizante de los ils miscibles con agua se ha obtenido un nuevo agregado enzim\u00e1tico entrecruzado (clea) de calb que es activo en estos medios. La idoneidad de los ils como medios de reacci\u00f3n para la enzima penicilina g acilasa, ha sido demostrada dado que la estabilidad de la enzima fue m,ayor  en los l\u00edquidos i\u00f3nicos ensayados que en disolventes org\u00e1nicos convencionales. La resolucion rac\u00e9mica de rac-1-feniletanol y rac-2-pentanol mediante la reacci\u00f3n de transesterificaci\u00f3n con \u00e9steres vin\u00edlicos catalizada por la enzima comercial lipasa b de
