{"id":63864,"date":"2008-09-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-09-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/distribucion-de-gherlina-en-tejidos-endocrinos-y-tumores-humanos-y-de-rata\/"},"modified":"2008-09-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2008-09-04T00:00:00","slug":"distribucion-de-gherlina-en-tejidos-endocrinos-y-tumores-humanos-y-de-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/distribucion-de-gherlina-en-tejidos-endocrinos-y-tumores-humanos-y-de-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Distribucion de gherlina en tejidos endocrinos y tumores humanos y de rata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Kawtar Raghay <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de esta tesis es estudiar la localizaci\u00f3n de ghrelina en diversos tejidos endocrinos (tiroides, para tiroides, suprarrenal, pulm\u00f3n fetal, p\u00e1ncreas, gl\u00e1ndulas pineal y c\u00e9lula de merkel) y tumores derivados (carcinomas medulares, foliculares y papilares de tiroides, feocromocitomas, carcionides bronquiales, carcinomas pulmonares de c\u00e9lulas peque\u00f1as y carcinomas neuroendocrinos de c\u00e9lulas grandes porque al analizar la bibliograf\u00eda detectamos algunas lagunas y discrepancias sobre este tema.  las t\u00e9cnicas empleadas en esta tesis (an\u00e1lisis inmunohistoqu\u00edmico \u00f3ptico y ultraestructural, hibridaci\u00f3n in situ, rt-pcr y western blot), nos permitieron evidenciar la expresi\u00f3n de ghrelina en las c\u00e9lulas c del tiroides humano y de rata. La presencia de ghrelina fue tambi\u00e9n demostrada en paratiroides humana y de rata. Los tres tipos de carcinomas de tiroides estudiados (medular, folicular y papilar)y los adenomas de paratiroides. En la medula de la gl\u00e1ndula adrenal tanto humana como de rata, demostramos la presencia de ghrelina y tambi\u00e9n en los feocromocitomas. En el pulm\u00f3n fetal, demostramos la expresi\u00f3n de ghrelina tanto en humano como en rata adem\u00e1s de los tumores derivados (carcinoides bronquiales, carcinomas pulmonares de c\u00e9lulas peque\u00f1as y carcinomas neuroendocrinos de c\u00e9lulas grandes). Tambi\u00e9n, conseguimos resultados en p\u00e1ncreas humano y de rata y en la gl\u00e1ndula pineal. Sin embargo, los corp\u00fasculos gustativos humanos y de rata y las c\u00e9lulas de merkel humanas no expresaron ghrelina.
