Las sustancias utilizadas son de muy diversa naturaleza quimica, asi dentro de los pesticidas podemos encontrar compuestos organoclorados, organofosforados, carbamatos, piretroides, etc. aunque los pesticidas han beneficiado la produccion agricola y han ayudado a combatir enfermedades, su uso continuo e indiscriminado los ha convertido en sustancias peligrosas desde el punto de vista ambiental y de salud publica. Ademas, numerosos pesticidas son compuestos quirales, de manera que en ocasiones solo uno de los dos enantiomeros tiene actividad como pesticida mientras que el otro tiene efectos toxicos no deseados. En consecuencia, el objetivo general de la presente tesis doctoral fue: el desarrollo de metodolog\u00edas analiticas de elevada sensibilidad y selectividad para la separacion enantiomerica y\/o determinacion de pesticidas en muestras medioambientales mediante microextraccion en fase solida cromatografia de gases con diferentes sistemas de deteccion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
