Los objetivos planteados han sido simplificar, miniaturizar y automatizar todas las etapas del proceso anal\u00edtico mediante el empleo de diferentes estrategias. Para alcanzar estos objetivos se han desarrollado y puesto a punto nuevos dispositivos de extracci\u00f3n continua acoplados en l\u00ednea a un espectrofot\u00f3metro de absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica con llama que permiten la introducci\u00f3n directa y procesado de los filtros de captaci\u00f3n de aire y de las muestras de pelo. Por otro lado, para la determinaci\u00f3n de metales en orina ha sido necesario acoplar un sistema de preconcentraci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea despu\u00e9s de realizar la digesti\u00f3n de la muestra en el sistema fia. Adem\u00e1s, se propone un sistema continuo de diluci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea de la muestra de orina para la determinaci\u00f3n de cinc. En definitiva, se ha tratado de desarrollar metodolog\u00edas anal\u00edticas innovadoras, autom\u00e1ticas, r\u00e1pidas y sencillas que permiten resolver problem\u00e1ticas anal\u00edticas reales
