La valoracion de la propicilina se lleva a cabo por medios quimicos (iodometria) realizandose tambien una analitica en presencia de sus productos de degradacion.  se determinan las cineticas de degradacion de la propicilina tanto en medio acido como alcalino. Se calcula el ph de maxima estabilidad y el periodo de semidescomposicion en esa region de ph. Se estudia el efecto catalitico de los componentes de distintas soluciones amortiguadoras obteniendose los correspondientes coeficientes cataliticos. Se comprueba el efecto de la temperatura para el ph de minima degradacion y se determina la energia de activacion para poder calcular la estabilidad de la propicilina en medio acuoso. Se estudia tambien el efecto salino a distintos ph.
