Con este estudio se pretende por un lado, habilitar soluciones de remediaci\u00f3n in situ de suelos contaminados con elementos t\u00f3xicos de distinta naturaleza i\u00f3nica y por otro, dar una v\u00eda de utilizaci\u00f3n a estos subproductos industriales, reduciendo as\u00ed el riesgo medioambiental asociado a su almacenamiento.  de los resultado obtenidos, tanto la aplicaci\u00f3n de espuma como espuma+fosfoyeso son tratamientos adecuados para reducir la lixiviabiliad potencial de as, cd y ti en suelos contaminados y sus uso como estrategia de remediaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas contaminadas puede ser considerado como una buena elecci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, los mecanismos de retenci\u00f3n inducidos en los suelos tratados con estas enmiendas, no son resistentes a una fuerte acidificaci\u00f3n. Por tanto, los suelos contaminados sometidos a estos tratamientos de remediaci\u00f3n  deben ser controlados y mantenidos por encima de ciertos niveles de ph., Para prevenir la movilizaci\u00f3n  de
