Respectivamente se ha estudiado: 1.1.- La selecci\u00f3n de \u00e1rbol hospedador por tomicus piniperda en funci\u00f3n de la variaci\u00f3n intraespec\u00edfica de monoterpenos en pinus radiata detectados mediante ms-gc. 1.2.- El efecto dosis-dependiente de la verbenona (4,6, 6-trimethylbicyclo [3.1.1]-hept-3-en-2-one) en la agregaci\u00f3n feromonaly\/o kairomonal de once especies de insectos floe\u00f3fagos. 2.- El desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo para la selecci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de aislados hipervirulentos de beauveria bassiana, mediante dise\u00f1o de primers gen de virulencia-espec\u00edficos y qrt-pcr; y evaluaci\u00f3n de su patogenicidad frente a hylurgops palliatus. 3.1.- La dominancia, ecolog\u00eda de colonizaci\u00f3n y grado de asociaci\u00f3n diferencial entre 20 especies de hongos ophiostomatales y 14 especies de insectos floe\u00f3fagos colonizando p. Radiata. 3.2.- Las relaciones filogen\u00e9ticas, mediante secuenciaci\u00f3n de its1-5.8s-its2 rdna y del gen que codifica para la beta-tubulina, entre los hongos ophiostomatales prospectados; con la descripci\u00f3n de cuatro nuevas especies de ophiostoma y una nueva combinaci\u00f3n nom. Prov. 4.1.- La biodiversidad de especies de fusarium asociadas con diferentes insectos floe\u00f3fagos y la potencialidad de las especies saprof\u00edticas para el control biol\u00f3gico de los decaimientos vasculares causados por f. Circinatum en pl\u00e1ntulas de pinus radiata. 4.2.- El ensayo de primers especie-espec\u00edficos basados en secuencias 28s rdna-igs y desarrollo de protocolos de pcr standard y anidada para la detecci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y simult\u00e1nea de f.
