Hemos analizado con mayor profundidad la produccion del factor activador de las plaquetas (paf) por mastocitos y macrofagos peritoneales durante la estimulacion quimica con ionoforo de calcio a23187 e inmune tras sensibilizacion pasiva con anticuerpos monoclonales anti dnp pertenecientes a las clases ige, igg1 e igg2b, obtenidos a partir de hibridomas secretores amplificados en ascitis de raton.  hemos observado que las manifestaciones fisiopatologicas de la reaccion anafilactica dependen de la clase de anticuerpo empleado para la sensibilizacion de los animales. Asi, la activacion de receptores para la porcion fc de la molecula de inmunoglobulina de los tipos fc rii y fc rii conduce a la generacion de mediadores que producen cambios vasculares como hipotension arterial sistemica y extravasacion de plasma rico en proteinas.  cuando se utilizan anticuerpos de la clase ige se producen estas alteraciones con mayor intensidad y ademas, se desencadena la necrosis hemorragica del intestino delgado por liberacion masiva de mediadores mastocitarios como histamina paf y, probablemente, factor de necrosis tumoral; a juzgar por el efecto farmacologico de estos compuestos, su deteccion en los tejidos, y los resultados obtenidos con el empleo de antagonistas farmacologicos. El fenotipo mastocitario, del que depende el perfil de mediadores lipidicos que estas celulas producen, y la expresion de receptores para anticuerpos homocitotropicos en los fagocitos mononucleares
