Inicialmente, se estudian las t\u00e9cnicas fundamentales para visualizar eficientemente mallas poligonales. seguidamente, se analizan exhaustivamente las t\u00e9cnicas referentes a simplificaci\u00f3n de geometr\u00eda y nivel de detalle. Finalmente, se presenta un modelo de visualizaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9rico que utiliza primitivas de visualizaciones eficientes. Este modelo se adapta para ser utilizado en entornos con que utilizan generalmente mallas de resoluci\u00f3n uniforme. Tambi\u00e9n, se utilizan las nuevas funcionalidades de las tarjetas gr\u00e1ficas para optimizar el modelo y se aplica a mallas deformables.
