Ambas metodolog\u00edas tienen en com\u00fan que pasaron desapercibidas durante a\u00f1os a pesar de su potencial, y solo recientemente han atestiguado un extraordinario renacimiento. La enorme atenci\u00f3n que los cient\u00edficos han puesto en ellas se debe al amplio rango de posibilidades que ambas ofrecen in s\u00edntesis org\u00e1nica, la reacci\u00f3n de met\u00e1tesis de olefinas en la creaci\u00f3n de enlaces c=c y la organocat\u00e1lisis en s\u00edntesis asim\u00e9trica a partir de precursores aquirales. Por lo tanto, estas metodolog\u00edas capturaron nuestra atenci\u00f3n y decidimos involucrarnos in estas dos \u00e1reas. El proyecto de tesis se puede dividir en dos bloques principales: a) procesos tandem o en cascada, siendo una de las etapas una reacci\u00f3n de met\u00e1tesis y b) s\u00edntesis enantioselectiva de compuestos nitrogenados a trav\u00e9s de organocat\u00e1lisis. la primera mitad consiste en dos procesos tandem, reacciones rcm-isomerizaci\u00f3n y cm-aza-michael intramolecular. Aunque la primera de ellas ya era conocida, hemos comprobado que es posible llevar a cabo dicho protocolo empleando el catalizador de grubbs de 2\u00aa generaci\u00f3n sin el empleo de aditivos. La influencia de f en el proceso global tambi\u00e9n ha sido objeto de estudio. La segunda de ellas ha sido estudiada por primera vez empleando catalizadores de met\u00e1tesis. en la segunda mitad se han desarrollado dos reacciones enantioselectivas para la s\u00edntesis de aminoalcoholes fluorados y heterociclos nitrogenados a trav\u00e9s de reacci\u00f3n de mannich y aza-michael intramolecular organocatal\u00edticas respectivamente. En ambos casos los catalizadores elegidos fueron prolina y derivados de \u00e9sta. finalmente, la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada se ha aplicado en la s\u00edntesis de tres alcaloides de tipo
