Para ello, se utiliza una estrateg\u00eda basada en microscopia confocal y microscopia de tirfm. Para la primera se realiza un an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo preciso de la colocalizaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas snare en la membrana celular, y se correlaciona con la fusi\u00f3n vesicular. Para el segundo objetivo, se obtienen prote\u00ednas snare fusionadas a prote\u00ednas fluorescentes que permiten el seguimiento din\u00e1mico de las prote\u00ednas en condiciones basales y de est\u00edmulaci\u00f3n. Se realiza una cuantificaci\u00f3n de la cin\u00e9tica de fusi\u00f3n y se correlaciona con los complejos snare. En su conjunto, este estudio demuestra la existencia de los microdominios de prote\u00ednas snare en la membrana de la c\u00e9lula cromaf\u00edn, y aporta informaci\u00f3n valiosa acerca de la
