Para los hilos cu\u00e1nticos se la encontrado que la interacci\u00f3n de intercambio-correlaci\u00f3n act\u00faa de un modo an\u00e1logo a un campo magn\u00e9tico, combin\u00e1ndose con uno posible aplicado externamente, as\u00ed como con la interacci\u00f3n de esp\u00edn-\u00f3rbit, y afectando tanto las subbandas de energ\u00eda como la conductancia del sistema. En el caso de los pozo cu\u00e1nticos, se ha utilizado un formalismo anal\u00edtico, basado en la expansi\u00f3n de los espinores del sistema en una base de oscilador, que ha permitido la obtenci\u00f3n de los nieles de landau corregidos por el acoplamiento de esp\u00edn-\u00f3rbita. Por otro lado, los anillos cu\u00e1nticos se han estudiado acoplados tanto vertical como conc\u00e9ntricamente, considerando como par\u00e1metro del sistema la distancia de separaci\u00f3n o un campo magn\u00e9tico aplicado perpendicularmente al plano de movimiento de los electrones. Para el sistema vertical, se ha encontrado que a distancias entre anillos peque\u00f1as al sistema se comporta esencialmente como un anillo simple, mientras que a separaciones grandes los electrones parecen localizarseen uno u otro anillo. En el caso del sistema conc\u00e9ntrico, la aplicaci\u00f3n del campo magn\u00e9tico induce efectos parecidos, es decir, un comportamiento de enillo simple a intensidades bajas y una localizaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica en uno u otro anillo a grandes campos aplicados. Este \u00faltimo efecto se ha podido ver claramente reflejado al calcular el espectro de absorci\u00f3n del sistema compuesto y compararlo con los resultados conocidos para sistemas
