La respuesta se evalua con dos tipos de estres, uno agudo por vapor de eter y otro cronico por choques electricos (dos choques electricos diarios, los tres dias previos al sacrificio), asi como con el pretratamiento con alfametilparatirosina, l-dopa y con el antagonista opiaceo naloxona.  obtenemos, que el aumento plasmatico de acth y corticosterona tras los dos tipos de estres es potenciado en los animales pretratados con l-dopa y no en los tratados con alfa-metilparatirosina. Los niveles plasmaticos de beta-endorfinas no son significativamente modificados por ninguno de los tipos de estres, aunque aumentan en los animales estresados y pretratados con l-dopa. La accion estimuladora de naloxona sobre acth y corticosterona es potenciada por el incremento de la sintesis cerebral de noradrenalina producida por l-dopa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
