La conidiaci\u00f3n en aspergillus nidulans es un complejo proceso morfogen\u00e9tico caracterizado por la participaci\u00f3n del factor de transcripci\u00f3n brla como elemento central de la ruta gen\u00e9tica. La expresi\u00f3n de brla es inducida en respuesta a diferentes est\u00edmulos, y se han identificado varios factores involucrados en dicha activaci\u00f3n. Estos factores han sido encuadrados en la denominada ruta de inducci\u00f3n temprana de la conidiaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, las cuestiones fundamentales sobre los procesos celulares que acaecen distan mucho de estar bien descritos y comprendidos. A partir del aislamiento y caracterizaci\u00f3n de dos mutantes aconidiales recesivos, se localizaron los genes an0721.3 y an7542.3 (=flbb) como portadores de las mutaciones. La caracterizaci\u00f3n de flbb, ha permitido aportar nuevos datos en torno a los mecanismos de inducci\u00f3n de la conidiaci\u00f3n, pero sobre todo, abren en esta tesis la oportunidad de localizar
