Gaertn., y el suelo. El estudio se realiza en los dos sentidos principales de esta interaccion: planta-suelo y suelo-planta.  en el primer caso (planta-suelo) se estudian los exudados del aparato radical del aliso, obtenidos en 4 condiciones diferentes. Estos exudados se caracterizan fisicoquimica y bioquimicamente. Se ensayan ademas sobre 4 suelos diferentes a fin de establecer su efecto sobre los grupos funcionales del ciclo del nitrogeno y sobre la produccion de co2. Se detecta una activacion de los procesos de fijacion de nitrogeno, nitrificacion y desnitrificacion y un relevante aumento de la inmovilizacion, asi como la produccion de co2.  en el segundo sentido (suelo-planta) se estudia, en primer lugar, las modificaciones estacionales en la composicion rizobacteriana del aliso, desde el punto de vista taxonomico (generos) y del ciclo del nitrogeno (grupos funcionales). Las bacterias mayoritarias pertenecen a los generos pseudomonas (verano) y bacillus (oto\u00f1o e invierno). De las 156 cepas mayoritarias se seleccionaron 27 con las que se realizaron ensayos encaminados a estimar su efecto en la germinacion y crecimiento del aliso.
