este trabajo se realiza un estudio del efecto que los par\u00e1metros x (dopaje), <ra> (radio i\u00f3nico medio del cati\u00f3n a) y 2(ra) (varianza debido a la diferencia de tama\u00f1os de los cationes que ocupan la posici\u00f3n a) producen por separado en las propiedades de los compuestos de f\u00f3rmula general ln1-xmxfeo3 (ln=la, pr y\/o nd; m=sr, ca y\/o ba) para su aplicaci\u00f3n como c\u00e1todos en pilas de combustible de \u00f3xido s\u00f3lido (sofc).  para ello, se preparan tres familias de perovskitas, en cada una de las cuales se var\u00eda el par\u00e1metro a estudiar, manteniendo constantes, en todo momento, los otros dos.  una vez obtenidas (utilizando las mismas condiciones de s\u00edntesis con el fin de que la comparativa sea m\u00e1s precisa), se realiza una caracterizaci\u00f3n mediante an\u00e1lisis elemental (aas y icp-ms), difracci\u00f3n de rayos x (drx) en muestra policristalina, microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido (meb), conductividad el\u00e9ctrica, dilatometr\u00eda y medidas magn\u00e9ticas.  una vez realizada la caracterizaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica, para cada familia, se procede al estudio de la aplicaci\u00f3n de estos materiales como c\u00e1todos para pilas sofc, realizando la caracterizaci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmica mediante espectroscop\u00eda de impedancia compleja y curvas v-i (tensi\u00f3n corriente). por \u00faltimo, se realiza un estudio comparativo entre las tres familias de perovskitas para la evaluaci\u00f3n de los efectos que produce cada par\u00e1metro tanto en las propiedades b\u00e1sicas como en las electroqu\u00edmicas, con el que realizar una selecci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros \u00f3ptimos de este tipo de materiales para su aplicaci\u00f3n como c\u00e1todos
