De este modo se han preparado un grupo aminomacrolactonas di y tetrafluoradas y azamacrolactonas difluoradas de forma enantiom\u00e9ricamente pura a partir de los aminoalcoholes fluorados correspondientes, obtenidos a su vez de cloruros de imido\u00edlo perfluoroalquilados. en la segunda parte se describe el desarrollo de una metodolog\u00eda que permite la s\u00edntesis asim\u00e9trica de -amino\u00e1cidos c\u00edclicos fluorados a partir de -amino\u00e9steres c\u00edclicos fluorados quirales empleando una reacci\u00f3n de met\u00e1tesis cruzada como etapa clave del proceso. en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se han utilizado acetilenos fluorados como reactivos de partida en las s\u00edntesis de distintas amidas proparg\u00edlicas fluoradas que sirvieron como precursores de diversos heterociclos nitrogenados fluorados. En la primera parte de \u00e9sta se prepararon de forma selectiva, y en funci\u00f3n del tipo de cat\u00e1lisis utilizada, &#8211; y -lactamas fluoradas utilizando con este fin reacciones de hidroaminaci\u00f3n intramolecular.
