El trabajo se divide en cuatro cap\u00edtulos. En el primero se describen los principales m\u00e9todos de fabricaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de elementos micro\u00f3pticos que existen en la actualidad. En el segundo se abordan las caracter\u00edsticas y propiedades de los equipos nd:yag q-switch y los materiales utilizados en el trabajo. En el tercero se analiza la fabricaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de redes de fases utilizando dos t\u00e9cnicas diferentes. El cuarto y ultimo capitulo esta dedicado a la aplicaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de transferencia inducida por l\u00e1ser a la fabricaci\u00f3n de gu\u00edas de ondas en sustratos de
