La ingenier\u00eda tisular abre nuevas alternativas a \u00e9ste respecto, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de diferentes tipos de armazones, as\u00ed como de factores de crecimiento o c\u00e9lulas en combinaci\u00f3n con \u00e9stos. objetivo: el estudio de la adhesividad celular de l\u00edneas de osteoblastos saos- 2, sobre tantalio, titanio y col\u00e1geno tipo la, as\u00ed como la influencia de la presencia de la prote\u00edna bmp-2 en la misma. material y m\u00e9todos: para realizar el estudio, se utilizaron c\u00e9lulas osteobl\u00e1sticas de l\u00ednea celular saos-2, bmp-2, midiendo la adhesividad de \u00e9stas mediante un equipo q- sense e4. conclusiones; la adhesividad de las c\u00e9lulas saos -2 se modific\u00f3 de manera importante en presencia de bmp-2 en el medio, aumentando \u00e9sta, sobre todo al estudiar la superficie de titanio comercialmente puro. la t\u00e9cnica de estudio present\u00f3 una limitaci\u00f3n en lo referente al estudio de geles col\u00e1genos,
