La polimerizaci\u00f3n asistida por plasma de recubrimientos activos es un m\u00e9todo atractivo con el fin de obtener cadenas laterales reactivas, mediante pel\u00edculas nanom\u00e9tricas con densidades de grupos funcionales adaptados. Bajo control de las condiciones experimentales, la estructura del dep\u00f3sito polim\u00e9rico se puede control y las estructuras qu\u00edmicas obtenidas pueden variar desde redes polim\u00e9ricas altamente funcionalitzadas con baja reticulaci\u00f3n hasta redes altamente reticuladas con bajo contenido funcional. La investigaci\u00f3n descrita en esta tesis trata de la modificaci\u00f3n de superficie de diversos sustratos por polimerizaci\u00f3n de plasma. La parte esencial del trabajo se dirige hacia el funcionalizaci\u00f3n con grupos \u00e9ster de pentafluorofenilo en la superficie, durante la polimerizaci\u00f3n por grafting y polimerizaci\u00f3n de plasma pulsado de pentafluofenilmetacrilato. Esta clase de grupo l\u00e1bil es de gran inter\u00e9s para su f\u00e1cil reactividad con mol\u00e9culas con minas terminales, como p\u00e9ptidos. Otros mon\u00f3meros comerciales tambi\u00e9n se han servido al principio del estudio, como primera aproximaci\u00f3n a las t\u00e9cnicas de plasma. La caracterizaci\u00f3n de estas superficies se ha hecho a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas como ftir, xps, afm o tof &#8211; sims entre otros. Adem\u00e1s, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio para hacer a medida el pol\u00edmero de pfm para mejorar la retenci\u00f3n de su estructura, y as\u00ed como un estudio profundo de su reactividad delante de mol\u00e9culas con aminas terminales diferentes de inter\u00e9s, a\u00f1adiendo spr o la aplicaci\u00f3n de sensores microcantiliver a las t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n para conseguir una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de la qu\u00edmica y cin\u00e9tica de la reacci\u00f3n. Sobre el prop\u00f3sito de conseguir superficies funcionalizadas \u00fatiles, se ha realizado un patterning de las superficies con el uso de m\u00e1scaras para capa selectiva de las muestras para controlar las \u00e1reas modificadas. Eso se ha hecho para la aplicaci\u00f3n de esta pel\u00edcula en dispositivos reales, as\u00ed como a prueba de su biocompatibillidad por cultivo celular y para ensayos in
