Se sintetizan una serie de 1,2-aminoalcoholes benzofusionados rac\u00e9micos, posibles precursores de f\u00e1rmacos anti vih an\u00e1logos del indinavir. Se estudian exhaustivamente las mejores condiciones para resolverlos enzim\u00e1ticamente, bien por reacciones de hidr\u00f3lisis \u00f3 de transesterificaci\u00f3n, analizando los par\u00e1metros que afectan a la selectividad de la reacci\u00f3n, como el biocatalizador, disolvente, temperatura \u00f3 agente de acilaci\u00f3n. Los resultados obtenidos se recogen en la siguiente publicaci\u00f3n: v. Recuero, g. De gonzalo, r. Brieva, v. Gotor, \u00abchemoenzymatic preparation of enantiopure isomers of 4-aminochroman-3-ol and 1-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-ol\u00bb, eur. J. Org. Chem. 2006,18, 4224-4230. cap\u00edtulo 2. Se han preparado 1 -cicloalquil-1 -hidroxi-1 -fenilcianhidrinas enantiom\u00e9ricamente puras mediante resoluciones cin\u00e9ticas catalizadas por lipasas. Estas cianhidrinas son intermedios precursores en la s\u00edntesis de (s)-oxibutinina y otros agentes antimuscar\u00ednicos. La metodolog\u00eda de trabajo se ha centrado en alejar varios enlaces del centro cuaternario, el grupo funcional sobre el que act\u00faa el enzima. Los resultados obtenidos para las distintas cianhidrinas han sido estudiados mediante modelizaci\u00f3n molecular y se recogen en la siguiente publicaci\u00f3n: v. Recuero, m. Ferrero, v. Se ha estudiado la s\u00edntesis y resoluci\u00f3n de cis y trans dihidroxiheterociclos de inter\u00e9s biol\u00f3gico, derivados del tetrahidrofurano y la pirrolidina, mediante procesos de hidr\u00f3lisis \u00f3 acilaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica. Los resultados obtenidos en el caso de la resoluci\u00f3n y s\u00edntesis de derivados dihidroxitetrahidrofur\u00e1nicos han sido enviados para su publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
