{"id":655,"date":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1994\/01\/01\/tratamiento-de-la-hiperlipemia-del-enfermo-con-trasplante-de-corazon\/"},"modified":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"tratamiento-de-la-hiperlipemia-del-enfermo-con-trasplante-de-corazon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/tratamiento-de-la-hiperlipemia-del-enfermo-con-trasplante-de-corazon\/","title":{"rendered":"Tratamiento de la hiperlipemia del enfermo con trasplante de corazon."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Luis Hidago Rojas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Comparamos, en una primera fase, el efecto de la lovastatina y el bezafibrato sobre la hiperlipemia inducida por cciclosporina en conejos new zealand white.  posteriormente, estudiamos el efecto de estas dos drogas hipolipemiantes sobre la hiperlipemia postrasplante cardiaco.  la ciclosporina indujo en los conejos un aumento del colesterol plasmatico total, colesterol vldl, idl  y ldl, incremento de los trigliceridos plasmaticos totales y los contenidos en las idl, y descenso del colesterol hdl. El aumento de los niveles plasmaticos de colesterol total, ldl-colesterol y apoproteina b inducido por la ciclosporina, fue debido a un descenso de la tasa de catabolismo fraccionado de la ldl. La lovastatina normalizo la tasa de catabolismo fraccionado de la apo b-ldl, mientras que el bezafibrato indujo un descenso de su tasa de produccion. Tanto lovastatina como bezafibrato previnieron parcialmente estos cambios del perfil lipidico en conejos. La lovastatina fue mas efectiva que el bezafibrato previniendo el incremento de los niveles de colesterol total, mientras que el bezafibrato se mostro mas eficaz que la lovastatina atenuando el aumento de los trigliceridos plasmaticos totales y el de los contenidos en las idl.  en enfermos trasplantados de corazon e hiperlipemicos, la lovastatina y el bezafibrato mostraron un efecto hipolipemiante similar sobre las concentraciones de colesterol total, ldl, idl y apolipoproteina b. Solo el bezafibrato incremento significativamente el colesterol hdl y redujo los trigliceridos plasmaticos totales y de vldl. Ambas drogas redujeron significativamente los trigliceridos de idl, pero el efecto del bezafibrato fue significativamente mayor. El tratamiento con bezafibrato fue efectivo para disminuir los niveles plasmaticos de lp(a), mientras que la lovastatina no modifico este parametro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
