En este contexto, la integraci\u00f3n de medidas de figura de ruido en un analizador vectorial de redes (vna) tiene m\u00faltiples beneficios. Un vna con capacidad de medida de figura de ruido lleva ya varios a\u00f1os en el mercado, pero presenta ciertas limitaciones cuyo impacto en la exactitud de la medida de figura de ruido es significativo, incluso en comparaci\u00f3n con las cl\u00e1sicas t\u00e9cnicas escalares. Por otro lado, se pueden explorar estrategias m\u00e1s elaboradas que la cl\u00e1sica t\u00e9cnica de factor-y, como las basadas en fuente-fr\u00eda. Por lo tanto, a la hora de dise\u00f1ar estos nuevos equipos de medida surgen diversas cuestiones: \u00c2\u00bfqu\u00e9 metodolog\u00eda de medida se necesita para alcanzar el nivel requerido de exactitud en la medida de figura de ruido para un dut dado? \u00c2\u00bfqu\u00e9 correcciones para efectos sistem\u00e1ticos son necesarias? \u00c2\u00bfcu\u00e1l es el compromiso aceptable entre exactitud de medida y complejidad? Etc. En esta tesis se analizan y proponen soluciones y herramientas que ayuden a implementar estrategias \u00f3ptimas para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de figura de ruido en un vna. As\u00ed, se proporciona una metodolog\u00eda de medida de figura de ruido en vna basada en fuente-fr\u00eda, especialmente atractiva para la caracterizaci\u00f3n m\u00faltiple en conexi\u00f3n \u00fanica. La metodolog\u00eda incluye una t\u00e9cnica de calibraci\u00f3n de ruido del receptor que guarda un buen compromiso entre rigor y sencillez, evitando el uso de sintonizadores y algoritmos de optimizaci\u00f3n. La medida de figura de ruido basada en fuente-fr\u00eda se ha particularizado, adem\u00e1s, a la medida de figura de ruido de mezcladores, medida especialmente exigente debido a las caracter\u00edsticas adversas de estos dispositivos. Por otro lado, se ha desarrollado una herramienta de simulaci\u00f3n para una completa evaluaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica de la exactitud en la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la figura de ruido. La herramienta est\u00e1 basada en est\u00e1ndares internacionales de c\u00e1lculo de error e incertidumbre y permite el an\u00e1lisis comparativo de diversas metodolog\u00edas de medida de figura de ruido con distintos niveles de correcciones. Esta herramienta de simulaci\u00f3n puede ser muy valiosa a la hora de extraer informaci\u00f3n relevante respecto a la metodolog\u00eda id\u00f3nea, las caracter\u00edsticas hardware de la configuraci\u00f3n de medida, los beneficios reales de cada t\u00e9rmino de correcci\u00f3n, o incluso el equilibrio entre la complejidad en la medida y la exactitud
