Los estudios incluidos en la misma definen y validan un nuevo modelo de an\u00e1lisis entre las variables seleccionadas y proponen una l\u00ednea investigativa que permite determinar los limitantes comunicacionales en la generaci\u00f3n de identificaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el valor que tienen los sistemas formales de comunicaci\u00f3n interna en este objetivo. la tesis doctoral, dividida en dos grandes componentes (planteamientos te\u00f3ricos y estudios emp\u00edricos), configura una ruta cr\u00edtica que incluye una revisi\u00f3n profunda y sistem\u00e1tica a los planteamientos te\u00f3ricos que sustentan cada uno de los fen\u00f3menos y sus relaciones y un conjunto secuencial de estudios que validan y mejoran de los instrumentos de medida utilizados -escala de identificaci\u00f3n organizacional de quijano, navarro &#038; cornejo (2000) y escala de clima de comunicaci\u00f3n de smidts, pruyn y van riel (2001)-, comprueban el valor predictivo del clima psicol\u00f3gico de comunicaci\u00f3n como antecedente de la identificaci\u00f3n organizacional, confirman tal relaci\u00f3n en un modelo cross- level del clima grupal de comunicaci\u00f3n sobre la identificaci\u00f3n y determinan el papel que juegan en estas relaciones las caracter\u00edsticas objetivas de los sistemas formales de comunicaci\u00f3n interna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
