Belen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la corteza prefrontal (cp) estan presentes la mayoria de los neurotransmisores conocidos en la actualidad. Asi se ha descrito la presencia de catecolaminas, acetilcolina (ach), aminoacidos neurotransmisores y peptidos neurotransmisores. Dado que en las capas profundas de la cp existen terminales que contienen dopamina (da), ach y neurtensina (nt) asi como neuronas glutamatergicas y gabergicas. El trabajo que aqui se presenta trata de estudiar el efecto que tiene cada uno de estos neurotransmisores (da, nt y ach) sobre los niveles extracelulares de glu y gaba en la cpm. Para ello, por medio de la tecnica de perfusion intracerebral in vivo push-pull, se perfundio intracerebralmente y con el animal despierto, agonistas neurotensinergicos (nt), dopaminergicos (apomorfina, agonista d1-d2) y acetilcolinergicos (arecolina, agonista m1-m2; oxotremorina, agonista m2; mcn-a-343; agonista m1); asi como bloqueantes dopaminergicos (haloperidol) y acetilcolinergicos (pirenzepina, bloqueante m1).
